Dr. Miranda Good is a Doctor of Chiropractic and owner of All Good Tempering. She graduated from Purdue University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Exercise and Health and a minor in Psychology.

Over time she learned that people had physical, emotional, and mental limitations that prevented them from reaching their optimal health potential. She wanted the opportunity to help people surpass those limitations, which led her to chiropractic school. She loves the chiropractic philosophy of healing the body from the inside out, and that the nervous system is the powerhouse behind that. Miranda graduated from the fountainhead of Chiropractic, Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2018 and currently practices in Ankeny, IA.

Miranda began competitive powerlifting in 2018 and realized to keep your body healthy in the sport, self- care measures must be taken and so she discovered body tempering. She earned her Body Tempering certification in September 2021 through Donnie Thompson’s course-- the founder of body tempering. She loves being able to help others obtain their health and fitness goals through the technique.

Body tempering is a soft tissue modality using weighted rollers and tools, placed strategically along the muscles of the body helping to increase blood flow to the targeted areas. It can help relieve soreness, tightness, restrictions, and improve overall muscle recovery.
